Shipping policy

From the moment the order is received and confirmed, the processing time is one business day. Once the package is ready, it will be sent via the HFD courier company. You will receive a message from them with updates regarding the delivery. The shipping cost is ₪30.

Orders placed by 11:00 AM will be dispatched the same day.
In the Tel Aviv and central area, delivery usually arrives within 1–2 days. In other areas, delivery may take up to 4 business days.

There is an option for self-pickup from the warehouse by prior arrangement via WhatsApp or email at 3 De Picciotto Street, Levinsky Market, Tel Aviv.

The order date, holiday eves, holidays, Fridays, and Saturdays are not considered business days.
